“Wow effect” with time delay. This cool and slender Pinot is probably a representative of the "salami tactic." of the salami tactic. While some powerhouses are likely most attractive at the first sip and progressively lose some oomph, this Patagonian`s magic will quietly sneak up on you. The nose will remind mushroom pickers of autumnal forays through the woods. Undergrowth and fresh strawberries take the lead and are accompanied by a whiff of tobacco. With each sip, the Verum enchants you more and more, and soon enough tempts you to open a second bottle!
