Youthful but not a greenhorn! An impressive show of maturity for Sauvignon Blanc, which still safely avoids giving an overripe impression. Though notably less green than many of its kin, it is still delightfully gooseberry-tinged. Juicy stone fruits and pineapple, as well as some herbacious notes, envelop the splash of green. Think of the speedy descent down a ski-slope with grippy snow underfoot but warming sun from above.
