Collection: Natural Wine

There is not actually a clear demarcation between conventional and natural wines. However, the term is often equated with minimal intervention by the winemaker, spontaneous fermentation and, under certain circumstances, the omission of sulphites. No unambiguous definition of natural wine per se exists, and it is likely that some wines which are not marked as “natural” here could be said to deserve the title. However, we have made a point to only include wines which fulfill nearly all possible criteria and where the label of “natural” indisputably applies.
